CJMARSHALL.ORG
Yes we can.
Here's how we did.
Court Marshall builds audit-first, mission-critical software for organizations that can't afford a second chance with their data — veteran health, defense operations, doctrine training — then hands over a working signal the team operates itself. The proof of concept is the HBOT Outcomes Registry, built with Extivita and HBOT4Heroes and live in active clinical use today.

01 Flagship Build
HBOT Outcomes Registry
Twenty-two veterans die by suicide every day in the United States. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is producing measurable results for veterans with treatment-resistant PTSD and TBI — but no system existed to capture what happened to a veteran between sessions, validate outcomes in a form donors and clinicians could trust, or give veterans a reason to stay engaged through a 60-dive protocol. This registry was built to close all three gaps at once.
It's a single platform serving five audiences — veterans logging daily wellness, coaches reviewing an AI-synthesized pre-call brief, clinic staff managing assessments and escalations, donors seeing outcomes in plain terms, and stakeholders reviewing a live demo deck — all reading from one typed, shared data contract.
Five audiences, one shared contract:
- Veterans — daily wellness check-ins, milestone education, community stories
- Coaches — roster view, AI-synthesized pre-call briefs
- Clinic staff — cohort trends, structured assessments, escalation flags
- Donors — outcomes in plain terms, direct fundraising path
- Stakeholders — a live demo deck for grant and board presentations
Stack — Expo React Native · TypeScript · Express · PostgreSQL · Drizzle ORM · pnpm monorepo, four shared artifacts under one typed API contract.

02 How This Repeats
I build the hard part.
You operate the signal.
The same three-step method sits underneath every build below — health, defense, or doctrine.
Find the signal
Name the thing no one is currently measuring — a veteran's silence between sessions, a program's health across nine value streams, a trainee's comprehension breaking down mid-decision.
Build audit-first
Compliance, consent boundaries, and access control aren't a phase two. They're in the schema from sprint one — because retrofitting trust after a breach is a conversation no mission-driven team should have to have.
Hand over the keys
The team operates what they now own. Not because I disappear — because operating the signal is their judgment call to make, not mine.
Below: the same method, applied to defense operations, Army doctrine training, a veteran engagement ecosystem, a two-ring AI relay, and one independent craft build.
03 Proof It Repeats
The record
A range of domains, one method: name the signal, build it trustworthy, hand over the keys.
Mission-Critical Operations
ZuluPods Flight Deck
PrototypeA real-time operations command center for a defense & aerospace startup — program health, stage-gate governance, and financial leverage tracking in one view. Includes a standards & compliance registry (ISO 9001, MIL-STD-810H, ITAR) built in from day one, not bolted on later. Built as a prototype demonstrating the architecture; no live client data.
Full-stack web · white-label tenant architecture · role-based access
Theater Ops
Proof of ConceptA live, multiplayer training simulation putting Army HR professionals inside real theater-level decision pressure — timed injects, consequences that propagate forward, and an instructor view with real-time accuracy, timeliness, and confidence scoring. Built entirely on published, unclassified Army doctrine.
Browser-based · session-synchronized · doctrine-mapped scoring
Veteran Health Ecosystem
MyN1X Health Ecosystem
Live & Beta ComponentsA family of products under one veteran-engagement thesis: pair what a veteran self-reports with what their wearable measures, and surface the gap before it becomes a crisis.
- Week Zero — cohort onboarding, live at myn1x.net
- At Home — clinical rehab companion, active beta cohort
- Engagement & Wellness — TRACE methodology, biometric ODI signal, staff dashboard
- Sales Enablement Layer — interactive demo, animated brand film, on-demand deck export
React Native (Expo) · Node/Express · PostgreSQL · Drizzle ORM · Claude & GPT inference
AI Relay Architecture
CJ — Outer Ring
Live · cjmarshall.orgAn AI likeness serving as the threshold layer — the first conversation a visitor has, built on Delphi.ai. Orientation and welcome live here; anything that needs deeper trust or context hands off inward rather than being answered at the door.
Delphi.ai · conversational AI persona · outer-ring threshold layer
Vintage Signal — Inner Ring
v0.9.4The context engine behind the threshold — surfaces prior work, ranks it by relevance to the moment, and gets it dispatch-ready for any room in under sixty seconds. Score, surface, stage, dispatch — one loop, one hand, no keyboard required.
Expo React Native · SQLite · Anthropic API · Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox sync
A middle ring — a formal read-in / escalation credential connecting the two — is designed, not yet built.
Independent Ventures
MyN1X — Apex Athlete Intelligence
LiveA separate MyN1X build for a different audience: a signal network for obstacle-course-racing and rucking competitors (Spartan, Tough Mudder, GORUCK, DEKA). A daily Mission Cycle pairs a one-tap rhythm check-in with a single AI-generated directive, feeding into a geo-aware event engine aggregating verified races across 8+ brands.
Expo React Native · Fastify · PostgreSQL · Drizzle ORM · Claude inference
FretFind
LiveA full-stack guitar chord and music theory tool — real-time chord identification from finger placement, a self-contained theory engine, physically-modeled string synthesis, and a scale and key explorer. No external music-theory library; the engine reasons from first principles.
React · Vite · Web Audio API · Express · Progressive Web App
